Perfect for couples who have booked vendors, planned your wedding, and sent invitations, but need someone to step in up to three months before the event to ensure a stress-free wedding weekend.

You've done all of your own planning and your reception is well-in-hand, but you need for someone to coordinate with your vendors and conduct your rehearsal and ceremony to be sure that it as gracious as what you've dreamed and your only focus is the person at the other end of the aisle!

Designed for the couple who is handling their own planning, but would like guidance in getting started, pulling it all together, or working through a specific element. Our client-directed consultation service is designed to provide personal guidance in getting started, establishing your timeline, designing floorplans and layout, answering questions about rentals or vendors, offering advice on etiquette or traditions, providing unique ideas to personalize your day, or any other area you may need assistance with.

FAQ

When is payment due?

A $500 deposit is due at signing, with final payment due 30 days before your event date.

Where are you located and do you travel?

We are based in Huntsville, Alabama. Travel fees apply for destinations 50 miles outside of Huntsville. Certain locations will allow for discounted travel fees; inquire about yours!

Do you only plan and coordinate weddings?

Weddings are our primary focus. However, we occasionally coordinate anniversaries, milestone birthdays, and baby showers. Get in touch to discuss your special event!

What is your cancellation policy?

Your $500 deposit is non-refundable.

If your wedding is cancelled and you no longer require our services, you must notify us in writing before your final consultation (2 weeks before your event).

If your wedding is rescheduled, we will accommodate your new date if it is available on our calendar. If we are unable to do so, any payment beyond your deposit and unrecoverable expenses will be refunded.

When do your services begin?

We are at your service beginning at the time of booking, with the majority of services dependent on the package you choose.
